That would be great! Let me know if you guys want to go sometime soon, maybe this Friday or next? Tom mentioned something to me about a ride in one of his cars on the track at some point since he ran my Evo for several runs! Wow, wouldn't that be an experience!!!!

Well they cancelled the show after two episodes due to low ratings BUT IT WILL BE BROADCAST at the ridiculous time of 1am Thursday morning (July 29th). They're showing the four remaining shows in that timeslot Tuesday through Friday of this week.

Set your DVRs! ;)

I was told July 27, 28, 29 and 30 at 1am, so, 5.5 more hours for the first of 4 episodes.

Edit, looks like we will be on the episode at 1am on the 29th.... Or, at least I hope we will get some air time.

So, did any of the locals get a chance to run the course? How much better did they do than the "stars"?

Kinda cool but for me the sound was really low for some reason.

Sound is fine here - weird.

I believe Jake broke into the mid-high 19's. Other drivers (including myself) ranged from 21 to 23. Nobody ran as slow as the two guys in the show.

They certainly were. They stated that they have a new respect of our sport. They were good dewds...

To bad i broke a shifter during my first shift in my first run.. However i think i ran the green lotus in the 22 range but didn't fair well in the Hill Racing Mini (dayn FWD). Friggin Lotus was amazing to drive...
My Jeep is a TV star now!!! I don't think i was in any of it but my voice was edited in.. "To Carefull" in my opinion they only used a fraction of the footage they took.

Yeah a bunch of folks on the other forum caught that too.

No too rigid with rules for a TV program it seems.

Good eyes gents!

I think I had an 18.9. Off the top of my head, Mark Hill was in the 20.XX range and Jake was on street tires and was 21.XXish I think. Can't remember the others. I let Tom Charles run the Evo, I wanna say he ran in the 23's.... That was probably the worst autcross course I have ever ran, too bad they didn't come out to MCC for the filming. Definitely a fun experience, I just wish we would have had some more footage of our local guys running. Shawn is now a Rock Star though.

When i first saw that course i thought it sucked, once i ran it i still thought it sucked... And that was the day i pulled the shifter out the floor..
When he stalled the Lotus at the start and it showed us all laughing was good... To bad they didnt get more of our runs..
